Edition Notes: Proofed and Printed by by Thomas WAY Senior ( England 1837-1915) and Thomas Robert WAY ( England 1861-1913) at 21 Wellington Street, London. This lithograph bears the lifetime stamp of Rosalind Birnie Philip indicating that this impression is one belonging to the edition of 28 printed during Whistler's life. Rosalind Birnie Philip had a posthumous edition of 40 impressions printed by GOULDING Frederick(1842-1909) on 11th of December 1903.
