Edition Notes: A 35 colour (1 dye colour and 34 ink colours) relief, woodcut, stencil and screenprint, printed from eight magnesium plates, two screens (one used as a stencil), and one woodblock. First, a newly made white, pulp base sheet was coloured with red dye. After the paper was pressed and dried, the printing sequence was as follows: yellow, red, blue and black(woodcut); red, transparent white and black (relief, magnesium plate); silver (relief, magnesium plate); light yellow, light yellow-orange, light magenta, light blue, dark green, yellow-green, grey and white (relief, magnesium plate); black and dark green (relief, magnesium plate); red (relief, magnesium plate); blue and silver (relief, magnesium plate); white (relief, magnesium plate); orange (relief, same plate used previously for red, transparent white and black with only borders printed); yellow, orange, red, magenta, purple, tan, blue, light green, green and dark green (screen stencil); white (screen).
