Portrait of Bagot Community photographed in Darwin 86, put together in Wyndham 86 (Bagot community with Elton Rosas and Arthur Alpin in the centre) 1986 Description: grid of 15 rows high by 15 across. Some images are printed in sepia and others in the 3 rows on all sides of a central larger single black image have strong all over hand- colouring. The central image shows Elton Rosas and Arthur Alpin, two men from the Bagot Community in Darwin, standing waist deep in the water of an estuary or river, and curiously echoes in its composition a traditional Christian baptism.
