Edition Notes: This four colour lithograph by Claes Oldenburg was printed as a benefit for the Collegiate School. It was printed in 1976 at A. Colish Printing of Mt. Vernon, New York and at the artist's request the printing by supervised by Kenneth Tyler. The edition was co-published by Leo Castelli Gallery of Manhattan and the Margo Leavin Gallery of Los Angeles. The Castelli edition numbered 100 and the Leavin edition numbered 75. In researching the print for a more complete documentation of the number of proofs, signature information and other specific details, no consistent and accurate records for the entire printing were found. The print is an original print by Oldenburg as described above, but it was completed at a time when public disclosure of edition details was not required. Neither of the galleries has complete records and A. Colish company destroys the files of printing jobs after seven years. Tyler Graphics was neither the printer nor the publisher and therefore does not have complete records of either.
