Edition Notes: A 29 colour (8 dye colours and 21 ink colours) relief print printed from four magnesium plates. First, a newly made white pulp base sheet was coloured with the following due colours: yellow, light orange, red-orange, red, magenta, pale light purple, light purple, and yellow-green. After the paper was pressed and dried, the printing sequence was as follows: yellow, orange, red, medium red, purple, ultramarine blue, medium blue, green, and white (printed simultaneously); blend of white, light grey, medium grey, dark grey, and black; violet; red and blend of white, light grey, medium light gray, medium grey, and black.
