Edition Notes: A 20 colour (including four dye colours and 16 ink colours) relief, woodcut, mezzotint printed from two magnesium plates, one woodblock and one assembled plate made from three irregularly shaped copper plates. First, yellow, orange, blue and grey dyes were used to colour a newly made white pulp base sheet. After the paper was pressed and dried, the printing sequence was as follows: violet, light blue, blue, dark brown and black (relief, magnesium plate); transparent base, blend of light yellow-ochre, yellow-ochre, light red-brown and brown, blend of transparent base, light grey and grey, black (woodcut, birchwood block); red and ultramarine blue (mezzotint, assembled plate); black (relief, magnesium plate). Papermaking by Steve Reeves and Tom Strianese. Magnesium plate and woodblock preparation by Swan Engraving. Copper plate preparation by Rodney Konopaki and Bob Cross, proofing and edition printing of all printing elements by Konopaki and Bob Cross.
