Edition Notes: A 23 colour (including three dye colours and 20 ink colours) printed from three woodblocks and four copper plates. First, dark yellow, red-brown and grey dyes were used to colour a newly made white pulp base sheet. The following colours were printed from copper plate: red-brown, yellow, red-ochre, black, orange-yellow, red-ochre, blue and black. The following colours were printed from woodblocks: orange, red, purple, turquoise blue, black, yellow, red-brown, dark brown, blue, yellow, red-brown and grey.
This edition was printed specially for the Walker Art Centre.
Papermaking by Steve Reeves. Plate preparation and processing by Rodney Konopaki, proofing and edition printing by Konopaki and Bob Cross. Proofing and edition printing of woodblocks by Reeves, Tom Strianese, Konopaki and Cross.
