Collaboration with artist on original collage and project supervision by Kenneth Tyler. Papermaking by John Hutcheson and Christopher Creyts. Screen preparation , proofing and edition printing by Michael Mueller assisted by Rudolf Kaul. Magnesium plate preparation by Swan Engraving, Anthony Kirk, Creyts and Kimberley Bursic. Zinc and copper plate preparation by Kirk, assembled plate preparation and edition printing by Kirk, Creyts and Bursic. Aluminium plate preparation and proofing by John Hutcheson.
