Edition Notes: A 34 colour (including six pulp colours, six dye colours and 22 ink colours) screenprint, lithograph printed from two screens, five aluminium plates and one stone. Yellow, orange, violet, tan, light blue and green pulps and yellow, orange, red, pink, purple and blue dyes were applied on a newly made white pulp base sheet. This was pressed and dried. Medium blue, vermilion, dark blue-green, medium green, light green, yellow-orange, medium orange and red-brown were printed from screen #1. Medium orange, dark blue-violet, dark pink, medium pink, violet, grey-brown, light grey-pink and blue-green were printed from screen #2. (Each screen colour was printed separately. As each colour was printed, the screen was blocked out.) Blue, grey-green, transparent brown, red and yellow were printed from aluminium plates. Brown was printed from a stone.
Papermaking by Lindsay Green and Lee Funderburg. Experimental trials and standard proof paper colouring by artist assited by Kenneth Tyler and Green, paper colouring by Green. Stone preparation, processing and proofing by Tyler. Plate preparation and processing by John Hutcheson, screen preparation, processing, proofing and edition printing by Kim Halliday.
