Published in a limited edition of 215 and 100 copies of a Dutch and English language edition respectively, it is little wonder the book is very rare indeed.
The 3 volumes of 692 plates cover all the artwork of this massive monument. Overviews, the statues and relief carvings, including those of the hidden foot.
The most spectacular of the plates are the 15 images of the Buddha statues, this set a publishers remains.
