BINKS./(SUPERINTENDANT)/OF THE MELBOURNE WEST CIRCUIT/on his laying of the foundation stone of the/WESLEYAN METHODIST CHURCH/AT NORTH MELBOURNE/and as a mark of appreciation for his/very efficient services in connextion/with the building of chruches in/this Circuit./JANUARY 5TH/1859."
