Tertiary Insc: Inscribed verso, on mount now removed and lost, '3'. Inscribed verso label from Walker's Galleries Ltd, 118 New Bond Street, London W1 (now lost), 'Sydney Harbour,/New South Wales/Artist Conrad Martens /(fl. 1834-1878)'; the label carried the date '1931'.
