Edition Notes: Right to construct signed 5 December 1968. The deerskin leather covered paper book was handmade by Jack Gray. The title was blind-embossed on cover, text pages were hand -set and hand printed by letterpress. Collaboration and supercision by Kenneth Tyler and Jeffrey Sanders, edition printing by Vernon Simpson, binding by Earle Gray Bookbinding Co., Los Angeles.
