Primary Insc: Signed on base of dish (a), engraved "Charles Bennett/ Melbourne/ Sterling Silver". Not dated. Engraved on reverse of handle of dish: "CJ LaTrobe"; engraved on lid: the crest and motto: "QUI CHERCHE TROUVE"
